In-Memory Compute

The Von Neumann Bottleneck is Dead.

The Caretaker Principle

In a standard CPU, 90% of the energy is wasted moving data back and forth between memory (DRAM) and the processor. It is a logistical nightmare.

The Ephemeral Solution

We utilize Memristive Crossbar Arrays—grids of analog resistors that store the logic physically.

  • Memory is Compute: The data doesn't move. It sits still.
  • The Flow: We inject a signal (voltage). It flows through the "Caretakers" (the memristors) and emerges as the answer (current).
  • Transient Thought: The computation exists only for the nanosecond the current flows. It is ephemeral, efficient, and massively parallel.
